Participants must attend 20 hours of paid ($16.04 an hour) personal and professional development training via Google MEET and successfully complete the training
(Success = consistent attendance, promptness, class participation, coachable, ability to follow instructions and work with others)
Participants are placed with an employer for 100 hours of paid ($16.04 an hour) on the job work experience. (Virtual internships are available)
Participants can work a maximum of 30 hours a week
Participants can work 5 out of 7 days a week
Days available to work are Sunday - Saturday
The employer will conduct monthly performance evaluations of participants as well as complete bi-weekly time sheets
Youth and Young Adults Between the Ages of 14 - 24
In School (High School, College or Vocational Training)
Not in School (Graduate / Job Seeker)

Must Live in the City of Los Angeles
Must have the Legal Right to Work in the United States
